Cadiz Tea Party Report
Here a short report about the Tea Party Rally at Cadiz July 2nd.
I arrived at ~430PM and a few minutes later the Momyer family, it seems really a kind of a family business, showed up. We set up two tents and the speaker system and since I had nothing else to do, I setup the Constitution booklets with the Cincinnati Tea Party rack cards and went to the traffic light on the street. Whenever it switched to red, I walked along the stopped cars and handed it out. When people began to gather in front of the courthouse some others joined me so that we could cover all four corners of that crossing. It was just great. It seems to be real America in that rural area, at least what I felt. My guess was approximately 350 to 400 people, and that was good for the bad weather, cold wind and raining. One woman spoke there and was very impressive. She reminded me on Congresswoman Bachman and she said she will run for congress in her district. Channel 9 was there but before the event begun they left because it started to rain and they got wet.
