Tea Party at Harvest Home Festival
Since this community group leader can’t post the update of our attendance at the Harvest Home Festival, I thought I’d post a couple excerpts for her. Very funny story to lead things off. Enjoy!
We had a union booth 2 down from us supporting government health care. There were 6 people in the booth the entire week-end who literally did not get out of their chairs – except for one time. They went to complain to the Harvest Home Committee that we were “mingling” too far out in the crowd and handing “something” out. A Union worker came to the booth accompanied by a policeman (guess we looked pretty menacing) – the policeman asked if he could have a copy of our hand out – he could not quite hide his smirk when he saw it was a constitution and handed it to the Union rep.
We would like to thank everyone who helped make Harvest Home a huge success this week-end.
It was amazing the amount of support we had from the people at the festival. These were everyday working people who are frustrated and don’t know what to do about it. We had over 50 people who signed up to join our group!

Here’s the tea party folks. If a picture is worth a thousand words than this is priceless:

Genius? Manning is a complete nutter. He’s a right-wing extremist who spews hate speech and advocates armed insurrection. In the clip above, he’s inciting white people to start a race war, using talking points from white supremacist organizations. In fact this wackjob is a favorite of the Stormfront crowd:

Shorebreak has shown his true stripes; he’s a white supremacist who advocates an armed insurrection. He’s David Koresh and Timothy McVeigh all wrapped up in a teabag.
Since Mike hasn’t chimed in to condemn the video that Shorebreak posted can we assume that he shares the sentiment? Your tea party ladies and gentlemen. Have a good look.

Since Chuck hasn’t chimed in to comdemn union representatives harassing people who hand out copies of the Constitution, I guess we can assume he doesn’t support the Constitution and the ability to hand it out without harassment.
Actually I don’t believe that, it’s just Chuck’s faulty logic applied back at him.
I’m not going to condemn the video since I’m not going to watch it. I don’t have time to waste responding to every single silly accusation that Chuck makes.
The only people that seem race obsessed around here are liberals like Chuck. I hadn’t even heard of Stormfront until he helpfully posted it for us. Chuck seems much more familiar with them than anyone else.

I guess that Mike hasn’t heard of right wing militias, Tim McVeigh or the Oklahoma City bombing either.

“Shorebreak has shown his true stripes; he’s a white supremacist who advocates an armed insurrection. He’s David Koresh and Timothy McVeigh all wrapped up in a teabag.”
To be honest, this is the first time I’ve seen Manning, but if agreeing with a black man about the Constitution and the state of our single party system makes me a white supremacist (in Chuck’s eyes), then I guess I’m a white supremacist.
To me, Chuck is the guy in the town square who supported the King and swore his loyalty to England while our monetary system was being converted to a debt-loading instrument, our taxes were being funneled out of our pockets and out of the country, and our rights were based upon the whim of a central authority. The people who we look back upon as Patriots were the radicals. They were the rebels who were labeled throughout the land as traitors.
Today, when folks like myself stand up and say “we need to reach the same Constitutional goals and government that was formed by our founding fathers”, folks like Chuck stand out in the middle of the town square (aka the local blog) and declare “look at the terrorist! He’s a traitor, like X, Y, and before him!!!!”
So here’s my question for Chuck: Who’s paying you for your time on this blog, and what other names are you using on other similar blogs?
If I’m wrong, so be it. If I’m right, I’d be a foolish for not exploring the possibility. I wouldn’t be surprised if Chuck is paid to detract from blogs and forums that point out the criminal nature of the system that has taken control of our government.
Also, if this were a face to face discussion, Chuck, you wouldn’t accuse me of being a racist. But I would certainly look you in the eye and declare you to be a fool.
To anyone else who may be reading this, I apologize if Manning is a known racist – I’m not aware of that. Whatever other messages he might endorse, I am only pointing to the message that he expresses in the single video that I linked above.

“So here’s my question for Chuck: Who’s paying you for your time on this blog, and what other names are you using on other similar blogs?”
What is it with right wingers and their conspiracy theories?
“if this were a face to face discussion, Chuck, you wouldn’t accuse me of being a racist”
Wanna bet?
Have fun at your next stormfront meeting.

I’m off to cash my paycheck from George Soros for posting that last one. Soros, Tony Rezko & Bill Ayers take turns paying me to post under 1001 different names.

I’ve got some photos of the union workers smoking cigarettes. My wife immediately noticed the irony of such a thing. Mind you, I’m not against smoking. I just find it odd that these union people want to smoke, which is known to be hazardous, and then ask me to pay for their medical care. I think its fine if they want to smoke, but I don’t think I should pay for their medical treatment which results from their behavior choice. There are other behaviors which lead to higher medical expenses as well, and I don’t want to pay for them either. Nor do I want the government to curtail or dictate certain behaviors based on resultant medical costs.
Also, I was there for the interaction described in this blog. I saw the union people become very agitated and angry at the Tea Party people. One of the Tea Party people had to step in and try to calm things down, and ask the union person to return to their own booth. It was pretty obvious that the police were more sympathetic with the Tea Party than the union people.
We bought some t-shirts for our kids, and got a copy of the Constitution for my daughter. I took the opportunity to explain to her the importance of that document and its impact on world events. I explained how it seeks to protect liberty from tyrannical government, and how liberty leads to prosperity.
But since Chuck hates the Constitution, and he hates liberty, he must obviously hate America too.

Well since Tommy saw some ‘union workers’ smoking I guess that all union members everywhere must be smokers who are trying to pick poor Tommy’s pockets. We can assume that Tommy favours outlawing cigarettes and all tobacco products, so that he doesn’t have to foot the bill any other smoker’s healthcare costs.
Unlike Tommy I actually graduated from law school and I am a practicing attorney. I doubt that Tommy even understands that Constitution that he gave to his daughter. Ignorant people such as Tommy are the gravest threat facing America’s future.

Chuck – I know I’ve asked you before and I’ll ask you again. Instead of all this anonymous blog commenting, can we sit down and talk through this stuff – in person?
Clearly you don’t lack intelligence. I think we could have a reasonable conversation resulting in a better understanding and clarification of our respective points of view.
This is in no way intended to be a joke of any kind. No one else is invited. Just you and me.
If you say yes, we can connect on details via e-mail.
Would you be willing to do this?
Chris
