Constitution

The Constitution is our Center

The Constitution is our center. All of the problems in our nation would be solved if we studied the wisdom of our founding.

Immigration…one of the core competencies of the federal government. It is their job to figure out the best way to naturalize citizens. It is in the enumerated powers of the Constitution. They are not doing their job. This problem should be solved!

Gay marriage…. marriage is not in the Constitution. The federal government has no right to make law on this issue. It is a job the states or counties should handle.

Education…the word education is not in the Constitution. The federal government should have no role in education, none. It should be handled by the local school districts and the states.

Spending….the ‘general welfare’ reference in our Constitution was written in regards to the welfare of the relationship between the states, not the welfare of every American. Anything our government spends money on that effects the individual; welfare, Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security are things the federal government should not be doing. It is a job that should be left to the people or the states.
