Where: Blue Ash Library
4911 Cooper Rd.
Blue Ash, OH 45242

Glenn Beck has, in recent months, been addressing the assault on the civil rights of those who disagree with and oppose the Progressive’s plans. There is a concerted effort to shut down contrary voices and to force compliance through intimidation and bullying. The current administration is using the power of government to wage war against dissidents. We’re all familiar with the outrageous behavior of federal agencies from the IRS to the EPA.

At this month’s meeting, we’ll discuss some of the avenues Progressives are using to push their Big Brother, there-shall-be-no-dissent agenda. How do efforts like data-mining, Common Core, immigration “reform” and gun control (including “zero tolerance”) achieve Progressive ends?

And we’ll delve into Beck’s imperative to wage a new struggle for civil rights — one dedicated to reaffirming the Bill of Rights. As Hillary Clinton, that self-described “modern progressive” once screeched (view video, if you question the use of “screeched” to describe the manner of her presentation), “. . . [W]e should stand up and say ‘We are Americans and we have a right to disagree with any administration!'” Mrs. Clinton is correct. Let’s stand up and say it!

Anderson Tea Party Movie Night

When:  Wednesday, July 10, 2013- 7:00 p.m.
Where:  Heritage Hall gathering space at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church   – 7770 Beechmont Avenue Cincinnati, OH 45255

For Greater Glory is an excellent and moving story about a true historical event that few of us know anything about. In the early 1900’s the government of Mexico violently started shutting down the Catholic church, deporting and killing priests and cruelly punishing people who tried to worship. This tells the story of the resistance, who first tried to be peaceful and then were forced to fight violence with violence. Andy Garcia, the husband of a devout Catholic (Longoria) but not a believer himself, is recruited to lead the fight. It’s the story of the fight, of Garcia’s gradual evolution into becoming a believer and especially the most courageous young boy you’ll ever see – Jose, based on a true figure in the movement. This movie is not suitable for children. It is free to all.
