What’s happening this week

Freedom this wayYou will never be able to make changes if you don’t know the problems.  This week the liberty meetings will inspire you to get to know the facts about issues in our nation. Learning the information is important.  You can have a feeling about an issue, you know something is wrong, but you don’t know what… speakers this week will help you put a finger on the issues happening in our world.

Congressman Massie Legislative Conference Call

On Monday, February 9, Congressman Thomas Massie has graciously agreed to lead a conference call, hosted by Eastern Hills Community Action in conjunction with the Northern Kentucky Tea Party.

This will be a timely opportunity for concerned citizens from Northern Kentucky and Southwest Ohio to learn about the status of current and upcoming legislation in Congress.  Rep. Massie will present his always frank assessment and keen insight on critical legislation of interest to freedom-loving Americans.  This knowledge will prove useful in discussing policy with representatives on both sides of the river.

We are asking liberty group leaders to supply a question (on this Facebook event page) that you would like the Congressman to address on the call after his update.  Due to the constraints of time, we will select and send his office five questions from among those submitted.  The call will last about 45 minutes.

Our state-of-the-art conferencing system can handle a large volume of attendees.   We hope that you will promote this opportunity to your groups and any interested parties who may wish to join the call.  They will come away with great information from a fearless defender of individual liberty and the American taxpayer.  The call will begin at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 9.  To join, please dial 513-386-0211 and enter the conference code 73776#.  You may also wish to visit the Facebook page:  Thomas Massie Grassroots Conference Call to RSVP and read other questions as they are submitted.  The phone number and conference code will also be posted on the Facebook event page, one day prior to the call.

Warren County Tea Party Meeting
When:  Monday, February 9th at 7pm
Where:  Warren County Commissioners Building. 406 Justice Drive, Lebanon, OH 45036
This month WCTP will honor veterans.  Join us as we host Rich Youngblood and Concerned Veterans of America.  Come hear stories from some real freedom fighters who faced battles more fierce than we can imagine. Help us honor their service and sacrifices.

We will also hear from Morgan, the winner of the first WCTP  High School scholarship for her book report on Atlas Shrugged.  Morgan is an amazing very informed and articulate young woman. Morgan will read her essay at Monday night’s meeting.

Hamilton Tea Party

Hamilton Tea Party in Butler County will host their monthly meeting Tuesday night.  They are in a bigger meeting place this month, Miami University Hamilton Wilks Conference Center.  This month they will be showing Dinesh D’Souza’s movie “America – Imagine the World Without Her”. The movie is 104 minutes long and we will begin as close to 6:30 as possible.

A story of ‘America-Imagine the World Without Her’ looks at the shaming of the US through revisionist history, lies and omissions by educational institutions, political organizations, Alinsky, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and other progressives to destroy America.

Cincinnati East Tea Party and Women for Liberty Meeting
When: Tuesday, February 10th.  Meet and greet starts at 6:30, meeting at 7pm.

Meeting topic, “Natural Rights, Under Threat” presented Liberty Advocate Jack Painter and a Film Presentation of ‘The Grand Deception’ produced by The Investigative Project On Terrorism Foundation.

Women For Liberty and The Cincinnati East Tea Party are co-hosting a community forum on the threat to America’s foundational rights posed by the spread of worldwide terrorism. At this forum, Jack Painter will present the source, nature and the importance of natural rights and their key ideological opponents. We will then view a video which provides an overview of the growing threat to these rights.  This will be a most engaging and instructive evening. We Hope you will be able to attend.

Republican Roundtable Lunch with Chairman Alex

The Roundtable will be an open forum to any Republican precinct executive, elected official, party activist, or others interested in the GOP to come down, sit with Alex Triantafilou and other Republicans as we discuss what is happening on the political scene.  It is an opportunity to have your message heard and to hear about what we are doing to advance our shared cause. Lunch will be provided.

Clermont County Republican Party is proud to host possible presidential candidate, Senator Rand Paul for their Lincoln Reagan Day Dinner speaker.  Tickets to hear Senator Paul are $85 per person with a great meal from the Oasis Golf Club.

Constitution Boot Camp XIII

The suggested donation for the class is $20 per person. If you have more than one coming from the same family and only want one set of books, each additional person will be $5. Included in the $20 donation are three books; The Federalist Papers, The 5000 Year Leap and The Constitution Made Easy. Everyone gets a binder that holds the presentation and additional pertinent papers.

This session is appropriate for teenagers, we encourage you to have your teenagers attend. Parents bring your Children and Grandparents bring your Grandkids. Seats are limited so sign up today !
