Action Needed on Three Bills Expanding Freedom

There is a lot going on in Columbus right now that needs your attention.  There are three bills that have a big impact on Liberty…actually expanding Liberty.  This is great news.  When bills come to the Ohio House and Senate that have the chance return some freedom to us we need to get on the phone or email and let our Representatives know that we support them voting for these bills.

If you have time today or tomorrow to let them know, please do so. Two of the bills concern the Ohio House; Common Core and Right to Work.  One of them needs a call to the Senate, Conceal Carry Expansion.  More information is listed about the bills below.

House Bill 212 – Local Control in Education.  Let your State Rep know that you support moving control of education and the future of Common Core back into the hands of local school districts. Learn more

House Bill 377 – Right to Work Ohio – Support is needed for Rep Tom Brinkman’s Right to Work bill.  Call your State Rep to support this bill.  Learn more

Sub House Bill 48 – Conceal Carry Expansion  – Support the expansion of concealed carry in Ohio by asking your member of the Ohio Senate to support Sub House bill 47. This bill has passed the Ohio House and now needs to be heard in the Senate. Call your State Senator and let them know you support the Conceal Carry Expansion. Learn more

Concerned Veterans of America – Veterans Appreciation Christmas Party

You are invited to an evening of great food, amazing friends, and fun for all our veterans, their families, and supporters. This will be a time of sharing and getting to know the people who have given so much in our community and for our country.

This event is hosted and presented by CitiChurch, our new partner in highlighting the veteran community and all the supporters in the surrounding area. This evening promises to e one to remember. We will have a full buffet, guest speakers, and a special gift for each veteran.

Our goal for the evening is to honor all the sacrifice that has been given and to introduce you to the organization that will give each veteran a voice to make a difference for America. We will be sharing some of the struggles of being a veteran in today’s world and some of the things we are doing to make a greater impact on behalf of the United States veterans.

We want to see you, your family, and all the supporters of veterans across this great area on December 7, 2015 at 7pm. We are looking forward to meeting you all there and to share in this amazing Christmas Celebration!
