Have you ever been to an election and not liked the choices? Are you tired of seeing the same old establishment candidates on the ballot over and over again? Would you like to have more say over who becomes your party’s candidates?
The reality is, you can!
- The answer to doing so is through a little known entity called party central committee.
- Central committee members are the backbone of the political parties in our state and have a powerful influence in deciding which candidates ultimately appear on the general election ballot.
- Learn how you can become a member of your party’s central committee!
- Central committee positions are chosen in the primary election.
- For counties with central committee races in the 2016 primary, the next filing deadline is December 16, 2015.
There is no time to lose! Help take back the political parties in Ohio from the crony-establishment and return more power to the people.

Generation Opportunity – Hailing a Solution to Ridesharing in Ohio
When: Tuesday, October 20 at 5pm
Where: Nicholson’s Tavern & Pub in Downtown Cincinnati. 625 Walnut St, Cincinnati, OH 45202
Join Generation Opportunity Ohio in welcoming Casey Verkamp, General Manager of Uber Cincinnati and Alex Goodman, Ohio State Director for Generation Opportunity as they discuss the importance of Ridesharing in Ohio and House Bill 237 which creates a reasonable statewide standard that would allow companies like Uber and Lyft to operate more freely in the state.
The Issue: Ridesharing companies in Ohio like Uber and Lyft have innovated and disrupted the status quo in transportation. They offer a competitive alternative to taxi cabs through improved service at a lower cost while also creating jobs for young Ohioans. Unfortunately, under pressure from the taxi lobby, local governments in Ohio are attempting to force ridesharing companies out of business through overregulation.
This event will be held at Nicholson’s Backstage Event Center in Cincinnati. We look forward to a great event, so join us and bring a friend!

The election of 2016 will be remembered one of two ways: the year veterans stayed on the sidelines as America crumbled OR the year veterans, military family member and patriots stood up and declared — “enough is enough!”
With 22 million veterans in America, and over 80 million military family members, veterans are the most powerful voting block in the United States. Despite this, they have never been fully mobilized to vote…until 2016. Just imagine what our country can accomplish with a Commander-in-Chief selected by veterans, military family members and patriots!
*complimentary food and refreshments will be served at 6:30 p.m. at Bar Louie, adjacent to the Cinemark (3100 Vandercar Way).
